Yes — cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. You keep access and any banked visits until the end of the period you've already paid for.
You can use a banked rollover visit if you have one, or book an additional session at the overage rate. We'll always confirm before going over.
Quick questions via text or email, troubleshooting over a screen share, walking you through a setting — anything that doesn't require a full in-home visit. Subscribers get this at no extra charge, as much as they need.
If you don't use your visit in a given month, it banks automatically. You can also earn extra banked visits by referring friends to the Care Plan.
Payments are processed entirely through Stripe — we never store your card details. You'll manage your subscription and billing directly through the secure Stripe portal.
