- Sign up for the Legato Care Plan (name, email, payment information processed by Stripe)

- Opt in to receive SMS communications from us
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not collect any information beyond what you voluntarily provide.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Schedule, confirm, and manage your service appointments
- Send appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and follow-ups
- Process payments securely through Stripe
- Respond to questions and provide customer support
- Send SMS messages you have opted in to receive (see Section 3)
- Comply with legal obligations
3. SMS / Text Message Communications
Consent: By providing your phone number and submitting a booking request or Care Plan enrollment, you consent to receive text messages from TheLegatoSolutions LLC related to your appointment — including booking confirmations, scheduling updates, and follow-up messages. Message frequency varies.
Opt-out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.

Messaging rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
No sharing for marketing: We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number or opt-in data to third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to communicate with you about your service.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as necessary to operate our services:
- Stripe — to process payments. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Twilio — to send SMS messages you have opted in to receive.
- Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
All third-party service providers are contractually required to use your information only to provide services on our behalf.
5. Data Retention
We retain booking and contact information for as long as necessary to provide services and meet our legal and tax obligations — typically no longer than 3 years after your last interaction with us. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
6. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Payment card data is never stored by us — all payment processing is handled directly by Stripe, which maintains PCI-DSS compliance.

- Withdraw consent for SMS communications at any time (reply STOP)
